As We Enter Q4: Where Are You in Your Business Journey?

It is a decision I wish I took earlier. Already I have learnt new stuff about me, it has made me think, really think about where I want to be going, what is the brand that is me and what I need to do to be able to get to the next stage of “Steve”. Emma’s approach is direct and unbiased and her coaching approach puts you at ease and teases out what is hidden. For me as a CEO, a role which can be quite lonely it allows me to Chaise lounge my thoughts and ideas which is great.
I am keen to see how my team get on, as this is a first for our company, and is too long in coming. I know Emma is excited about what that will look like and I am sure my team will get huge value from the sessions and Emma’s experience.
This for me is the beginning of a long relationship with Emma and i am excited as to where it leads.I have known Emma for over a year now and finally took the plunge, after many nags from friends within our network about what Emma can do not only for me and my journey but that of my team.
