Why having accountability and to challenge my thinking made a difference

I started looking for a business coach as I was at a point in my business where I had a lot of stress but without the reward I wanted. I met Emma through a business networking event and was instantly struck by her positive attitude and measured approach. I took the leap and had an initial call before signing up. The onboarding process was extremely easy and bespoke to me, I feel like Emma really listened to my goals and my preferred way of working. I could see a light at the end of a very long tunnel, she didn’t sugar coat it, it is a process after all and should be a challenging, yet enjoyable one.

My main reason for choosing a business coach was to provide accountability and to challenge my thinking on solutions to my business problems. Emma has been that and more, I always look forward to our calls and feel less stressed. It re-motivates me to tackle whatever is in my way.
