As an experienced business owner of an award-winning, profitable outdoor retail and health business Emma has encountered the great, the good and the nasty of being an entrepreneur. With over 25 years’ experience of Senior Management roles within retail including Store Management, Area Management, HR Business Partner, Project Management and Store refurbishments. Emma has also been lucky enough to be a Group Director for Oxford Summer School Programme for Retail Management for 4 years.

Emma’s passions in life are, helping businesses and people to become the best versions of themselves through Coaching. From SME’s to sole traders she can help them become more effective, productive, successful and ultimately happier through education, challenge, accountability and support. Emma enjoys bike riding, walking, running, paddle boarding and the benefits of both physical and mental wellness they offer. Her life Motto is “Never too late to…”
