What does this programme consist of?
North Star Session
Fortnightly or monthly 1-2-1 coaching sessions
Depending on the speed of change you want to see happen in your business and your budget for support, these regular 1-2-1 hour-long sessions can be held on a regular basis, either fortnightly or 4-weekly.
Within each session, your coach helps you review progress made against commitments and more extensive plans, discuss and confirm the next priorities, and then help you stay on track with an appropriate mix of education, accountability, and support.
Short Haul Business Flight Planning
These sessions are an opportunity to take a step back and look at the bigger picture against your 12-month priority objectives and allow for the key quarterly priorities to be established. Once decided upon, these prioritised goals are then defined, broken into relevant activity chunks, and timelined onto an easy to use planner.
Complimentary access to the Profit Hunter Workshops
As a 1:2:1 client, you also get complimentary access to our Profit Hunter Workshop
series. This group coaching programme provides education specific to business owners on 12 core topics throughout the year
Support as and when you need it
Support as and when you need it.
Available Monday to Friday during office hours, your coach is also there to provide ad hoc quick advice and support (within reason) whenever you need it.
